1. Digital Products
All items sold by LuxeGraphicStudios are digital products delivered electronically through email. No physical items will be shipped. You will receive PNG, PDF,JPG Files only. It is very important that you have a reliable email. Communication, important links, revisions, all go through email.
2. Payment & Order Processing
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders are processed automatically, and files are via email after customization( 1-10 business days) delivered electronically, typically immediately or within the stated delivery timeline.
3. Refunds, Revisions, & Redesigns
All sales are final due to the nature of digital products.
Refunds will only be considered if requested before the project begins. Once the project has started, including planning, concept development, or design work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your file or you are not satisfied with your design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a revision, replacement file, or an alternative solution when possible.
Each service includes up to two (2) revision rounds. Any additional revision rounds beyond the included two will incur a $15 fee per round.
A revision round consists of one list of requested changes submitted at one time after reviewing the design. To ensure an efficient workflow, please provide all requested edits together. Continuous back-and-forth changes, repeated edit requests, or changes that differ from the original approved concept may result in additional fees. Revisions are intended for refining the approved concept, not creating new concepts or changing the original creative direction.
For redesigns, there is a 15$ fee that must be paid. Redesigns happen when the original design work must be reworked or restarted due to a change in initial ideas that were agreed on when you submitted your client form .By submitting the client form, the client confirms they have reviewed and accepted LuxeGraphicStudios design style, creative process, and artistic approach prior to the start of the project.
4. Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, designs are for the customers Business and personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own work.
If you need commercial rights, please contact us prior to ordering.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing correct information and details for customized designs
Reviewing proofs or drafts (if provided)
Saving your delivered files
Filling out your client forms after purchasing
Printing and providing the necessary dimensions for your product
The productions of any designs that you purchase
LuxeGraphicStudios is not responsible for loss of files after delivery.
6. Turnaround Time
All designs have a wait time of 1-10 business days, the time starts when you submit your form. Business days only are counted, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not offer rush, express, or same day services. Each project is created with care, and rushing the process may compromise quality. Estimated delivery times are provided within each listing. please book in advance if you already have your ideas together, we will not rush any work.
7. Contact Before Ordering (Consults)
We encourage clients to message us before placing an order to ensure clarity on design details. It can be hard trying to build a business from the ground up, which is why I prioritize a smooth and intentional design process. Consultations are essential because they help us get clear on your vision from the start, saving time and avoiding unnecessary revisions or redesigns. Moving forward, all consultations will be $15, while clients who have already purchased a service and reach out directly, as well as consistent returning clients, will continue to receive complimentary consultations.
8. Limitation of Liability
LuxeGraphicStudios is not liable for:
Technical issues on your device
Printing or color-variation issues
Misuse or alteration of files after delivery
9. Client Forms
Clients are required to complete a client form for each project unless the specific service clearly states otherwise. If you are unsure how to complete any section of the form, please contact us for assistance. Submission of the client form serves as a formal agreement outlining your requested deliverables and the scope of work that LuxeGraphicStudios will execute within its creative discretion. By submitting the client form, the client confirms they have reviewed and accepted LuxeGraphicStudios design style, creative process, and artistic approach prior to the start of the project.
Please note that multiple prompts are provided reminding you to complete your client form, including during the checkout process. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this requirement.
Failure to clearly communicate your requirements, or significant changes to your original concept after submission, may result in additional fees. Clients are strongly encouraged to have their ideas prepared in advance. If you are unable to complete the client form, please notify us as soon as possible.
You will have up to 10 days to submit your completed form. Two reminder emails will be sent during this period. If the form is not received by the 10th day, your order will be canceled and refunded.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
