Select the form that corresponds to your order. For instance, if you ordered the “Minimal Text-Based Logo” or the “Luxe Logo Package,” click on the "Client Logo Form" link.
Fill out the form and submit it. We will begin working on your design once we receive it, then we’ll email you your designs.
If this causes any confusion, don’t hesitate to reach out.
How long does it take to receive my design?
I’ll do my best to meet your preferred date! Most projects take about 1–10 business days depending on the complexity and current workload.
How do we communicate during the project?
You will receive your project via email: therefore, all communications, including revisions, updates, and additional correspondence, will occur through email. It is essential to provide a reliable email address during the checkout process to ensure smooth communication regarding your products.
What if I don’t like the design?
Your satisfaction matters! If the design doesn’t turn out how you expected, please reach out within 7 days through the Contact section of my site or email me at luxe@luxegraphicstudios.com. I’ll happily make revisions or find a solution that better fits your vision.
What are your business hours?

No, I don’t offer rush fees or express services. Our designs are very detail-focused and taking the proper time helps me ensure your project turns out exactly right. Rushed work can affect the final result, so I choose to prioritize quality over speed!
