a professionally designed shopify storefront customized to your brand. this service includes homepage design, collection setup, navigation/menu setup, product setup (including product mockups if needed), and essential store pages. no video graphics available (You Do Not Need An Active Shopify Plan To Begin This Design Project. However, You Must Have A Shopify Account Created)

not included: logo or product label design, domain connection, payment setup, shipping configuration, taxes, or ongoing shopify management. all branding, product information, pricing, shipping details, and other business-specific information. client must provide design resources such a brand photos(AI Photos are a included option), logo(s), and site information. mockups and photo editing included.

please note that the client forms requires a lot of information be prepared to gather it!

turnaround: 1–21 business days.

upon delivery, you'll receive courtesy guidance for any remaining shopify setup steps. additional support is limited to work completed by LuxeGraphicStudios. Clients are responsible for completing and managing their own shopify store settings and operations.

  1. After placing your order, check your email for a confirmation. If you done receive an email within a day, you might have put the wrong email or simple made an error, contact us If this happens.

  2. Return to the website and navigate to the "Client Form" section.

  3. Select the form that corresponds to your order. For instance, if you ordered the “Minimal Text-Based Logo” or the “Luxe Logo Package,” click on the "Client Logo Form" link.

  4. Fill out the form and submit it. We will begin working on your design once we receive it, then we’ll email you your designs.

No, I don’t offer rush fees or express services. Our designs are very detail-focused and taking the proper time helps me ensure your project turns out exactly right. Rushed work can affect the final result, so I choose to prioritize quality over speed!

Your satisfaction matters!  If the design doesn’t turn out how you expected, please reach out within 7 days through the Contact section of my site, fill out the revision form located in your delivery email, or email me at luxe@luxegraphicstudios.com. I’ll happily make revisions or find a solution that better fits your vision.

Revisions are free, For redesigns, there is a 5$ fee that must be paid. you are allowed up to 1 free redesign before having to pay the fee. Redesigns happen when the original design work must be reworked or restarted due to a change in initial ideas.

At luxegraphicstudios, all products are digital and delivered electronically. because of the nature of digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

we want you to love your purchase , if there’s an issue with your file or you’re not completely satisfied with the design, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. we’ll be happy to offer a revision, replacement file, or alternative design solution when possible.
