How it works
PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND PREVENT ANY CONFUSION.
After completing your purchase, you should receive an order confirmation. Don't worry if it takes a few minutes for the email to arrive. Once you have your confirmation number, either take a screenshot or copy it, as you'll need it to complete your form. Next, navigate to the client form tab on the website and fill out the corresponding form for your design.
after filling out your form, you will receive your files directly in your email. projects take about 1–10 business days. Please note that all products available on our website are exclusively digital. Depending on the specific product, you will also receive the dimensions along with printing resources and instructions via email.
our satisfaction matters! If the design doesn’t turn out how you expected, please reach out within 7 days through the Contact section of my site or email me at luxe@luxegraphicstudios.com. I’ll happily make revisions or find a solution that better fits your vision.
If you’re unsure about your brand direction, please contact us before filling out a form. Many clients buy without a clear plan and later need to pay a redesign fee due to changes in their initial ideas.
